Delivery
Items will normally be despatched as quickly as possible once full payment has been received because we appreciate that once you have paid you want your item quickly.
Unless otherwise stated we use Royal Mail and Parcel Force standard delivery for all transactions. Once the item has left us it can take between 5-7days for it to reach you. All delivery charges are added separately in the checkout area. Should you require your package urgently (which of course we understand) then please contact us by email or phone (01732 761845) prior to ordering and we can discuss alternative arrangements.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and do not share personal details (names, postal addresses and email addresses) with third parties. We will add your name and address to our mailing list to keep you informed about the status of your order and to let you know about special offers, new products or sales. Please let us know if you do not want to be on our mailing list.
As all of our transactions are carried out through Paypal, Lush and Green will not acquire or store any customer financial details.
Returns
While we trust that you are always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions when you may want to return items. Please include the delivery note and indicate if you would like a refund or a replacement and post back to:

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in original condition including all original packaging materials. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we believe there has been damage since despatch. Delivery charges are not refundable. Item(s) returned unsolicited will be refused. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card. |
